We have 3 different types of methodologies that allows us to change our business model based on the needs of the client.
With Employer of Record (EOR) methodology we act as an extension of the clients' human resources team.
- The client provides us with a list of required skills.
- From there we begin interviewing local resources in both the United States and Egypt and provide the client a short list of candidates.
- The client then begins interviewing the candidates and choose the candidates that best meets their need.
- Once a candidate is selected, we begin the onboarding process, handing all the backend human resources tasks and legal requirements for the candidate's country of residence.
- Once complete the new employee can start working directly with the client. The client will have complete day to day functional management of the employee, while we handle the payroll, and other human resources activities.
- Client is invoiced on a monthly basis for the employee
With Complete IT Management
- We work directly with the client and assist in the determination of their IT needs.
- Once a need is identified, we will provide client with a written proposal recommending a solution.
- If accepted, we moved forward with planning, implementing and managing the solution.
- If the solution calls for hiring IT resources, the interviewing an onboarding process mirrors the steps in Methodology #1, with exception of day-to-day management of the employee which will remain with INITRES.
- Client is invoiced on a monthly basis for the IT Solution as a Service
With the Hybrid Management Methodology, the client and INITRES share overall management responsibilities for the IT resources, with Human Resources Activities being handled by INITRES. This methodology allows for the most customization in how we work with clients.
We understand IT, we know how to build it, deploy it, manage it, and support it. Once we have had a chance to assess your companies IT needs, we begin making recommendations implementing solutions, executing, and managing operations.
For our clients who prefer having one IT services provider we also partner with major IT hardware, software, infrastructure and telecom providers to assist in delivering solutions and services to different sections of the market, such as healthcare, financial services, law firms and government entities.
Through partnerships we establish with other I.T. companies that share our vision, we are also able to support clients all over the globe, from North America, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East. We are always looking for new opportunities no matter the location.
